Alarm input Devices
The sensor inputs on the XD/H/Pro16 are pins 9 to 24
4 channel units use pins 9-12
8 Channel units utilise pins 9-16
The common ground for the sensors is pin 25.
The DB25 is supplied with the DVR, however it will require manual soldering or a 3rd party converter for push in connectivity.
The XD/XDH range of DVR's support sensors that operate on a normal open or normal closed basis.
Normal Open (NO) is when the circuit is open with no activation. When it is activated, the circuit closes.
Normal Closed (NC) is when the circuit is closed and when the sensor is activated it goes open circuit.
The XD/XDH range of DVR's do not support voltage based sensors.
